'TRAIN'ing

‘TRAIN’ing is an smartphone app to transform the value of the time spent on trains to a time that enables passengers to become healthier and stronger.
Using the iBeacon technology, the app provides tailor-made coaching instructions by calculating information about your interested growth, your destination, your position in the train and the congestion of your cargo. Each personalized instruction is compiled out of 87 programs, including workout and mindfulness programs, all of which have been developed with professional trainers. 

‘TRAIN’ingは、移動時間を健康空間に変える新しい電車専用トレーニングアプリ。山手線車内に設置されたビーコンとアプリが連動し、乗車駅や、乗車時間、ニーズに応じて87種類のプログラムから、フィジカルトレーニングや、メンタルトレーニングなど適切なプログラムが提示される。JRフロンティアサービス研究所とともに、コンセプト開発からアプリ開発、PRまで一貫して実施した。
